Project: Espresso Model Interface

Description: The Espresso Modeling Interface provides an intuitive graphical front end to complex scientific models. Espresso makes it possible for scientists to perform more scientific tasks without having to deal with tedious and error prone script editing. Furthermore, Espresso allows scientists to utilize online resources such as data archives and remote computational resources using the Globus Java CoG Kit. Espresso itself is written in Java and is configurable with XML. It currently supports the Mesoscale Model 5 (MM5) and the Fast Ocean Atmosphere Model (FOAM) (with support for CCSM coming soon).
