Lambda Networking technology
We supports to our R&D researchers the variable network Testbed through Lambda network such as GRID, Supercomputing, Cluster computing, IPv6, etc.
For example, When One user want to have a dedicated Testbed Link , 155M~1Gbps, from Busan to Seoul, We can provide to researcher the lambda-based resources immediately, supported Dedicated Bandwidth, QoS and any Network Technologies. Currently over 250 organizations are member institutes of KREONET that consist of universities, government research institutions, industrial research laboratories, etc.
Also, Daejeon XP of KREONET has several direct links to foreign R&E networks including USA (StarLight), Japan (SuperSINet), Singapore (SingAREN), and GEANT through APII and TEIN link. We can also provide Lambda network between domestic and international networks such as from Korea to CA*net4, StarLight and etc.
