Platonov Alexey Pavlovich
Dr. Platonov is the Executive Director of the Russian Institute for Public Networking, which manages the primary Russian science and education network called the Russian backbone network (RBnet). As such, he built and manages the public network that stretches across the whole of Russia. With Dr. Soldatov, he is one of the pioneers in the development of the Internet in Russia and provides the core network that serves as the backbone for the Russian part of GLORIAD.Contact information:
