Soldatov Alexey Anatolievich
Dr. Soldatov is Director of the Institute of Information Systems, Russian Research Center “Kurchatov Institute” (RRC “KI”) and is the co-director of GLORIAD/Russiain. With Dr. Velikhov, Dr. Soldatov developed the early Internet in Russia and has been a primary mover in the telecommunications field throughout the entire country.
